CWJ bake off in support of St. Christopher's Hospice

Clarkson Wright & Jakes are hosting a bake off competition and cake sale in support of the firm's chosen charity, St Christopher's Hospice.

The event will take place at the CWJ office in Knoll Rise, Orpington on Thursday 10th October 2024 offering the local community a chance to indulge in sweet treats while contributing to a worthy cause.

How to enter the competition

If you have a passion for baking and fancy yourself as the next Mary Berry or Paul Hollywood, then this is the competition for you! There is no cost to enter and only 1 cake entry per person.

We will be awarding prizes for the following:

- Most creative bake

- Best tasting bake

- Best overall bake

To enter, please complete the form HERE and bring your masterpieces to the CWJ office on Thursday 10th October by 1pm. The judges will announce the winners at 2pm.

After the prizes are presented, the bakes will be available for a small donation. All proceeds raised will go to St Christopher's Hospice.

Why attend the cake sale

Come along at 2pm to admire the untouched creations baked by Orpington locals. We will be joined by representatives from the hospice who will be announcing the winners of the competition before everyone tucks in!

We will be suggesting a minimum donation of £2 per bake and will be accepting cash and card payments.

From classic cakes to innovative creations, there will be something to satisfy every sweet tooth. Have fun, relax and connect with neighbours and local businesses. Support a vital local charity.

All proceeds from the event will benefit St Christopher's Hospice, which provides invaluable end-of-life care and support to patients and their families.

The event will finish at 3.45pm. At 4pm our Wills and Estate Administration team will be hosting our monthly free seminar on 'Protecting Your Family Assets' where you will be welcome to stay for. To find out more about this talk, click here.
