Through a ‘Women Returners Project’ funded by the Mayor of London, Successful Mums Career Academy is offering companies in Orpington the chance to reach thousands of potential candidates free of charge.
All employers who sign up to the project, can advertise vacancies on the Successful Mums job board for 12 months, which actively targets skilled parents looking for work.
Successful Mums provides employers with a suite of materials including advice, online training, and menopause policies. No catch, no cost. The project is aimed at forward-thinking employers looking to enhance flexibility and diversity within their organisation.
