To all London based Businesses who are looking for or have a commercial premises and need support and guidance, Property Advice Service Programme offers commercial property advice from experts in the field for FREE.
In-person and/or online (via Zoom or Googlemeet) advice is available for SMEs, micro-businesses and solopreneurs on issues such as:
- Budgeting - finance forecast/Commercial property finance
- Searching for/Opening or closing premises, fit out
- Applying and/or challenging business rates, business rate reliefs
- New or renewal of leases, licenses agreement etc..
- Negotiation with landlords and how
- Understanding and learning about regulation, Acts…
- Energy and fuel savings/strategies
Property Advice Service Programme offers masterclasses/webinars/events, or/and one to one advice sessions and Pro bono advice through University of Law students & volunteer lawyers.
