Eligibility Criteria:

To benefit from this free support, you must meet all of the below criteria:

  • You are based or currently trading in London.
  • You have 250 employees or less (including yourself).
  • Your current turnover is under £44m.

The Property Advice programme is being funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and is delivered by London Business Partnership, Gerald Eve (international property consultants) and the University of Law. It builds on the work and success of London Business Partnership’s previous Property Advice Service Programme, funded by the Mayor of London’s office.
